• Building works Australia guarantees to deliver the work specified in the contract, on time and for the contract amount.

This means that Building Works Australia will complete the work specified in the contract, subject to any written variations, within the time frame specified and for a fixed price estimate in the contract.

• Building Works Australia licensed Building Advisor (Brian Babbidge) will be punctual and will communicate with clients in a business and professional manner at all times.

Building Works Australia licensed Building Advisor (Brian Babbidge) will arrive on site at the time agreed with client/s and will advise the client/s before the meeting time if he has been delayed for any reason.

• Building Works Australia office staff will demonstrate their expertise and knowledge in an informative and helpful manner.

Building Works Australia Managing Director Brian Babbidge is a fully qualified and Licensed Building Advisor in both NSW and QLD of more than 40 years building experience who will be open and honest in his communications with clients and to keep his clients fully informed of the progress of their project.

• Sub-Contractor Tradesperson/s engaged by Building Works Australia

The engaged Sub-Contractor Tradesperson/s are instructed not to take instruction from our clients with regards to estimated projects, but to communicate directly with the Licensed Building Advisor Brian Babbidge. Any changes to the work required of the engaged Sub-contractor tradesperson/s will, therefore, be clearly understood by all parties.

The engaged Sub-Contractor Tradesperson/s are required to show respect for our clients and their property.

This means that the engaged sub-contractor tradesperson/s will use all efforts to ensure that the work is of minimal disruption to our clients.
