* Please note that there are different licenses for different-sized projects.  For example, a contractor may only be licensed for small jobs, which means that he cannot lawfully undertake a major home renovation.  Please keep this in mind when looking for a builder – it may avert a costly mistake!  All our subcontractors have the correct licenses.
